  • EPACT certification:
    The federal government is offering significant tax deductions for energy efficiency projects through the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct). These “Section 179d” deductions can add up to as much as $1.80 per square foot for qualified energy efficient lighting.   • HAZMAT removal:Recycling and Hazmat disposal: we remove all old lighting systems, disassemble and recycle the metal using the most environmentally-friendly machinery in the industry. Our disposal process is both EPA and OSHA compliant and will include a Hazmat certification upon completion.
